Since opening in September 2022, Oracle has been my baby, and I’ve been on a mission to bring the worlds of comfort and alt culture together. The goal: to create Newcastle’s go-to private beauty studio for honest, professional and creative treatments that are tailored exactly to your needs.

I started in the industry as a Makeup Artist back in 2018 after graduating university. In my time in the industry, I’ve been lucky enough to work at London Fashion Week, work in TV and Production, have my work published on album covers and become an award winning Makeup Artist. Beauty has always been a passion of mine and I wanted to expand on what the industry currently offers. I wanted to create a space that was meant for absolutely everyone to come and feel welcome. No stress, no judgement, no waffle, just acceptance and mutual respect.

The studio is proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly as well Neurodivergent friendly and ran. I offer a wide variety of treatments to suit everyone. Each treatment is tailored to suit you and your goals. There are no cookie cutters here at Oracle. Every treatment is expertly done, using the leading brands in the industry and innovative techniques with years of practical experience and accreditation. I am constantly striving to create a new ‘best work yet’ moment.

Since opening, Oracle has been awarded the title of “Top Rated” in the UK by Treatwell for 2 years running. It’s also achieved the Regional “Rising Star of the Year” 2023 and is a finalist for “New Business of the Year” 2025. The studio and my work now have over 300+ 5 star reviews from happy clients! In 2025, I was also been awarded ‘Creative Makeup Artist of the Year’.

FAQs

  • Some treatments do require a patch test to be completed before your appointment. These treatments include:

    • Brow & Lash Tinting

    • CeraLash Lift

    • Brow Lamination

    Lash extension patch test can also be done for your own peace of mind, if you would like, but aren’t required. Please note that patch tests done by other technicians or salons are not valid and you will need to have another done.

  • Bookings can be made through my ‘book now’ section on my website. Here, you can create an account and move bookings. My website also includes full treatment details and inspo for your next appointment.

    You can message me directly via email or Instagram (theoraclebeauty) if you have any queries. All bookings will receive a booking confirmation email and/or text. A booking fee is required to secure your booking, and this is taken off of your final total.

  • All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee is deducted from the cost of your appointment.

    Life happens, and sometimes plans change! Bookings can be rescheduled or completely cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Your booking fee will also be moved over to your next appointment.

    Bookings that are cancelled after the 24 hours period has passed, no-showed or are significantly late will result in the full treatment amount being payable. This must be paid before you can book in again.

    Everyone client also has a grace of one booking for last minute outside of the above policy, as I understand that things can change (and quickly!) This policy protects me as a one woman business, as this is my only source of income.

  • The studio is based in Sunco House, Carliol Square. To get to the studio, head through the large, blue double doors behind Tiny Tiny Cafe. Simply head up one flight of stairs, and press “6” on the intercom for access. The studio is at the bottom of the corridor on the right.
